Starting his career in 1989, M. Latif KARLAR worked as a police officer in various units such as investigation, public order, training and social services.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Security Sciences. He also has an associate degree in social sciences. Holding many certificates of achievement, M. Latif KARLAR is a VETERAN retired police officer who was appreciated throughout his life with his idealist and honest stance and who did not hesitate to intervene to resolve incidents and to serve his country at the risk of his life.
Latif KARLAR continued his career after retirement by opening Fox Private Investigation Bureau to help people in need and continues his works together with his qualified colleagues, with the same discipline, selflessness and idealism after having worked for many years.
